Do you service my area?

We are currently servicing Kiama and Shellharbour LGAs You can check your postcode when you click one of our arrangements in our shop.

What will my flowers look like?

We will be using fresh in-season flowers direct from Sydney Flower Markets. Flowers and colours will vary bi-weekly, and will be wrapped in simple brown paper with a beautiful, personalised gift card. Small bunches will be posy size, medium bunches are one bunch, using twice the amount of flowers as the small, while the large will be one bunch, using three times the amount of flowers as the small bunch.

When will they arrive?

Bunches are delivered to commercial addresses between 1pm and 5pm.

Bunches are delivered to residential addresses between 1pm and 6pm.

Bunches are delivered to school addresses between 1pm and 3pm.

We will do our best to meet requests of deliveries at a certain time, it is not always possible.

Can I order more than one bunch in the same order?

Yes, you are able to order as many bunches as you like, there will be an option to include different card messages per bunch ordered. These orders can only be made, however, to the same address. If you would like to make multiple orders for deliveries to different addresses it is best to place individual orders.

Can I have them sent to the hospital?
Yes if they fall with in our delivery areas. We just require as much information as possible to where the posy recipient will be located.
Do you deliver to the University?
Yes, we just require as much information as possible to where the posy recipient will be located.
What if no one is home?
If no one is home or there is no answer at time of delivery, we will leave the posy in some water by the door in a safe area. If there is no where to leave the posy, the sender or recipient will be contacted and we will try to re-deliver the same day elsewhere, if possible.
Can I order for a future date?
Yes, we encourage customers to do this to avoid missing out.
What happens on Public Holidays?
We are closed on all public holidays
Can I pick an arrangement up?

Yes! We offer collection from our address in Kiama Downs. Full address is given out at the checkout after the order has been made, as this is a private residence.
